A wine list that is didactic, fun and features some of the best wines in the area, with the islands own wines as the stars. Our wines are selected every year by experts just for your pleasure, some of these are also of limited availability as they are only available during certain months, including occasions and certain weeks. This selection is revised regularly and is displayed in special fridges which store the wine at the perfect temperature.
